We are pleased to announce that the first customers have gone live in Charfield West, thanks to the hard work from the runfibre engineers and cooperation with local farmers, the Balls. Their willingness to allow us access to their land has enabled us to bring hyper-speed fibre internet to the wider area.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Balls Family who have been working with us over the past few months to make this possible. Without their cooperation and support, we would not have been able to bring the benefits of fibre internet to Churchend, Little Bristol and parts of under served Charfield.
The installation of fibre internet has been a major undertaking, and we are proud to have reached this important milestone. We have been working tirelessly to bring hyper-speed internet to Charfield West, and we are thrilled to see the first customers go live.
In order to achieve this, we have built 4.8km of fibre to connect Charfield West to our existing FTTP network in Inglestone Common. This has been a crucial step in ensuring that the residents of Charfield West have access to hyper-speed internet.
As a result, we are pleased to announce that 222 properties in the area are now ready for service and eligible for the Rural Voucher Scheme. Information on how to sign up can be found on our website.
